There are a number of different ways you can get in touch. Firstly you can call toll-free on 866 865 2389. Secondly, you can chat to us online. Just click on the chat link on any of the webpages on the site. For both our phone line and chat facility, our customer services team are available Mon - Fri (7am - 4pm) and Sat (7am - midday).

After you have booked
Once you have made your reservation you can amend or cancel a booking at no extra charge. You can do this through your 'My Account' or by emailing us. Cancellations must be 24 hours before your arrival time. It is best to do this through you 'My Account' as it is done automatically. If you email, the cancellation request is taken from the time it is opened by one of our staff.
